My work is deeply influenced by my 11 year relationship working with indigenous plant medicines, studying Japanese, Hawaiian, Cosmic, and African Reiki, analyzing energy composition with astrology and human design tools, and deeply studying tarot and oracle decks.
When in session with clients I activate the appropriate energy healing frequencies and work alongside my spiritual team to create a warm and loving atmosphere. I merge together traditional energy healing protocols and also contribute channeled knowledge of light work practices that clients can instantly feel, learn, and use to work on themselves on the daily. People report feeling a dramatic feeling of relief after just one session, but it’s in the daily practice that sustainably shifts can occur.
People typically find me when they are at a cross roads on their healing journey and would like clarity and sights on how to move forward. I offer them support by not just only reviewing over their energy, but clearing away energy blocks. Most importantly I provide them with daily tools to support with maintaining a low stress and balanced relationship with self.
People also reach out to me when they are experiencing a lot of discomfort on their journey. Navigating the “dark night of the soul” or a spiritual crisis can feel very intense and normally denotes a moment of spiritual evolution. I love supporting rebirth moments and have gentle and effective tools to create more easefulness in times of pain, depression, anxiety, and overall discomfort. Ultimately, I believe that people have all they need inside to heal themselves and resonate more with being an educator/ coach than a healer.

I work with both Usui (III), Karuna (II),Shamballa, Sekhem reiki energy in each session to help guild light, clear blockages, and fill your spiritual body with light which releases stress that can be immediately felt physically and mentally.
My practice is centered around clearing, balancing and grounding the 4 major bodies of that make up our being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body.
We analyze astrology, Human Design, and utilized other energy- based tools to uncover or reinforce the personal flow of energy that supports your life force.

Dive deeper! The Energy Healing Platinum provides a potent yet practical dose of clarity and healing. Within this full length session, Adorable reviews over your unique birth chart and aura type (Human Design), flows Reiki healing, plus utilizes energy therapy technique (self-mothering) to release long held areas of challenge. Clearing blockages of past issues leads to cleansing the energetic and emotional body, clients report feeling lighter and more energized! Clients leave with practical everyday tools to up keep clear energy and can schedule a follow up two week check in.

Take your time! The Energy Healing Package offers all of the benefits of the Platinum session, but allows for the time to more deeply integrate the various aspects of the work. These sessions are great for those seeking ongoing support in navigating through a bigger process. Our three sessions also allow for more custom energy healing processes and the opportunity to dive deeper into the theta healing work. All in all this is a great offering for building a long-term relationship with energy healing. Integrate energy healing into your life!
